Recreates the SparkFun ATX Power Connector Breakout 4-pin board in tscircuit, matching Eagle schematic, layout, routing, silkscreen, and board outline. Includes custom connector components and snapshots.

@rushabhcodes Hi! All review comments have been resolved in the latest commits:

  1. README Link: Updated the product page URL in README.md to the valid working link (https://www.sparkfun.com/sparkfun-atx-power-connector-breakout-board.html).
  2. Board Outline Corners: Corrected corner arcs from sweep: false to sweep: true to produce proper 2.54mm convex rounded corners concentric with the mounting holes.
  3. J3 Position: Set J3 pcbX to 0.0 so its footprint is centered and its pins align directly with J4.
